During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the complimentary wi-fi, which made it easy to stay connected with family and friends back home. The key location was perfect as it was only a few minutes' walk to the famous landmarks and shopping areas. I appreciated the comfortable bed that provided a good night's sleep.
The bathroom needed some renovation work, as it was outdated and the fixtures were old. , the lack of a full-length mirror made it difficult to dress up before going out.

The staff and location of the hotel is great, the breakfast is very good.
The hotel is going through renovation now, but the rooms aren't affected yet. And the room we stayed in really needs one.

A great location . St Germain is a great central location, good food and easy access by bus or train to most of Paris. Check out other hotels in the area.
A great location but the staff totally let the place down. The reception staff couldn't have been more unfriendly if they tried. On arrival the personal call the reception staff was taking was far more important than booking us in - 15 minutes without an acknowledgment and then only when someone else asked did he bother to hold the call and basically throw us the key. No hello - welcome - no information in the room re faciilities and when we asked, we were told it was there. It was not! But we gave up the fight. Room has no fridge. Made a booking for taxi and told they would give us change later when they had it - no change given until we demanded it. Left a very bad feeling about trust with the staff. If you would like assistance with your stay in Paris - don"t stay here. Internet good when it works but don't rely on it - we needed to urgently use the service and we were basically it will work tomorrow.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its central location in a residential neighborhood. The staff at this hotel are friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as comfortable beds dressed in the finest white cotton, contribute to a comfortable stay. The hotel's location in the Saint Germaine area of the Latin quarter, between two metro stations, makes it convenient to explore the city's attractions.
The lighting in the rooms could be improved to create a brighter atmosphere.

Hotel is very well situated in Paris close to many tourist sites and the excellent dining and shopping of the arty St Germain area. Room was well appointed comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast (extra cost) options were reasonable and convenient.
The hand held shower in the bath was located on the wall at a very low level. For those used to an overhead shower head it made showering a little awkward. May have just been our room.

I had a fantastic stay in this centrally located hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The overall ambiance and decor of the lobby and room were very nice. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect, with several metro stations only a few blocks away, making it easy to explore this beautiful city. Additionally, the hotel was close to everything, including stunning shops and great restaurants.
Not one thing.

This is my second stay here at Hotel Lenox and will probably be my hotel the next trip to Paris! The location is excellent in a quiet area, with many cafes, bakeries, and restaurants just around the corner, plus some great shopping. Walking distance to the Louvre and Orsay museums, with a metro stop just a few blocks away to get anywhere in the city. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly as well, really like this hotel!
It is a bit pricey, even more so during the holidays but in my opinion worth the money. We had some very loud neighbors this trip, and learned that the walls are pretty thin, which was not a problem on my first stay. Our bathroom could have used some touch ups as well.

Location, hotel ambiance.
Intermittent internet connection due to service provider failings. Staff were very attentive to the problem in pressuring the ISP.

The location was fantastic for the cost of the room per night. The Jazz / Blues bar was very relaxing.
We stayed in a superior room and though it was very small.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. The bar was comfortable and very stylish with its Art Deco Design.
The staff were curt and grudgingly helpful.
